Very nice running from the gents this weekend at the PDX Distance Carnival.

@henrymong 3:47.46 & WIN in the men’s elite 1500m

@noahxnelson 1:52.78 lifetime PB and WIN in the men’s collegiate 800m

Last weekend was busy one. Timberline sent athletes to the Portland Twilight & the annual Bloomsday 12k.

Solid running from @henrymong & @noahxnelson this weekend at the OSU High Performance Meet.

Henry finished 3rd in the men's 1500 invitational running a seasons best of 3:49.66. Noah also ran a seasons best of 1:55.12 in the 800m.

The dudes stayed local and hit the L&C Larry Byerly Invite this weekend.

Shoutout @noahxnelson who dipped under 4 for the first time running 3:59.83 and @carlos234735 who broke 15:00 for the first time finishing 6th in a time of 14:55.
